Come see the selection of the new Heirs of Avacal. In the Great barony of Myrgan Wood shall be we lay the contest, Come stay at the inn, enjoy the courtyard and see the clash of blades, and great displays of prowess with sword and spear. Classes will be taught, squires will be struck, and Provost will be fenced.
No feast provided, No outside food or drinks allowed in the event Hall.
There are many dining options in and around the event site.
Curia will be Sunday morning in the Courtyard room

Adults: $30 ($5 discount with membership)

Crown FAQ’s!!! Everything you wanted to know but were afraid to ask!1 ) Can I bring my banner?Yes! Banners can be hung in the hall using painters tape and blue tac in the hall. Or ziptied to the railing on the mezzanine. No duct tape or command strips please (big fines if we tear a chunk out of the wall, please don’t)2 ) Is there a feast? No. It was not feasible to have a feast served. 3 ) Can I bring my own food to eat in the halls?As long as it was purchased in the hotel yes. No outside Food or drink is permitted inside the hall or the meeting rooms. If you wish to order food from outside the hotel, please consume it in a hotel room. Yes even snacks.4 ) I am in need of coffee and tea…From Saturday 8 AM to noon there will be coffee and tea provided in the hall thanks to the Companions of the Rose and the Barony of Myrgan Wood. There will also be tea and coffee at Curia on Sunday. Want something fancier? “Bean There” is open 6 AM to 2 PM in the lobby5) I want to play games!Starting at 5 PM Rachel McNeil will be orginizing games to play6) It’s time to dance like it’s 1453, and Constantinople is falling!Colleen Ambler is organizing a dance at 6 PM.7 ) Where do I park?The Hotel has a large parking lot that is free of charge8 ) I have heard tell of the Wheel of Pain where can I find it?Only Mitchell Craig (Conan of Myrgan wood) knows the true nature and location of the Wheel of Pain. Seek him out for more details.9 ) I am having so much fun in the hall and don’t want to leave, but I need food! Where can I get it?During the day or night you can have room service brought to the hall! 10 ) I need a snackThere is a convenience store by the front desk with basic snacks and toiletries. There will be a variety of snacks served around 5:30 at the bar as well.11 ) I want to swim!The pool is open 7 AM to 10 PM enjoy a dip!12 ) I want to help but I don’t know how!Please feel free to find a member of the event team and we can direct you to where we need people.13) When can I setup?The hall will be open from 5 PM to 9 PM Friday night for setup. You can access the hall at 7 AM Saturday, but seriously sleep in a little, it’s the weekend.14 ) I need a drink, where can one find something to quench my endless thirst?Water is available all day. The bar will open at 5:30 Saturday (after Squires) Last call is 12:30 AM15 ) It’s Friday Night where are the Vigils happening?Both Vigils will be at the Saskatoon Inn. Rooms will be posted once check in begins.16 ) When can I check into my room?Check in is at 3 PM check out is 11 AM17 ) Can I light candles in the halls?…..? No really can I? You can’t… No not even that one… Just No.18 ) I need to know about….Ask a member of your event team and we will do what we can!
